My current classroom cubbies are situated where I can not see students at all times. When students transition to get things from their cubbies for our next project it can create a problem when I can not keep my eyes on all of my students.
Having these seat pockets while reduce the need to go to our cubbies for materials as often. This will help minimize behaviors between students, as I can not see all of them when they go their cubbies. Having these chair pockets, students will simply be able to turn and grab materials needed directly behind them.
