I teach 10th grade Intensive Reading in a Title I school, this means that the majority of the school is at or below poverty. My students attend a suburban school with a high population of students with disabilities, including a classroom unit reserved for children with severe disabilities. These students mainly come from single parent households and no parental support. I want to improve my classroom in anyway shape or form to get these students reading and writing on grade level, which the majority of the students are behind. To create a better environment in the classroom, I will need materials for the students as well as myself to improve efficiency and manage my time better. Thank you for looking and/or donating to a great classroom.
