My students are in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math Magnet Center. Our school is located in northeast Los Angeles, in a low socioeconomic area. We are a Title 1 school where the majority of our students come from primarily Spanish speaking homes. They are very interested and curious learners. Most of them have limited access or no access to all the resources they need in order to succeed in their academics. I want to make sure they are prepared for the 21st century work-force.
