Our mission in the adult transition program is to enable students with disabilities (age 18-22) to live and work as independently as possible. Our program provides vocational training and placement, independent living skills instruction, community based instruction and the opportunity for our students to develop and maintain healthy friendships with their peers all while discovering their own unique individual interests, preferences and skills.
