I teach 3rd grade at a Title I, high poverty school. Our students love using technology in the classroom and are expected to take the ACT Aspire test on the computer at the end of the year. However, most of our students do not have access to technology at home and our school does not have the technology necessary to meet the needs of our students. In my classroom, 25 students share one computer.
