My students need activities that will connect them with literacy, math, science, social connection, as well as emotional learning. Our students will use these materials to explore their ability through writing, reading, counting, drawing, and connecting with others. These activities will be used daily by building academic and life skills. Your generous donation to our project will improve our 1st grader as a responsible citizen with well academic performance. The aquarium will assist them to have a responsibility to feed the fish and maintain the clean water in the tank. An aquarium will add more jobs for the classroom that can be rotated, so each student helps with the care of the aquarium. An aquarium can tie to many of 1st-grade content such as learning about fish, water, and water creatures. It also will connect with math concept by counting, using data to feed the fish and share the jobs. Students will read and write about the fish and also they can draw. They can interact with their classmates and share their thought about fish, water, and water creatures. They are having fun while learning.
