My school is a Title 1 school which means 90% of our students are on free/reduced lunch due to low income. Most of our school's population are recently immigrated Hispanics. In my classroom, I have 29 students who share reading books (which can be accessed online) but we do not have the technology to access it online, because we only have three working computers.
