My students make up a class of approximately 18 young learners. Half of my class roll consists of Hispanic students and half are Caucasian. At the beginning of the school year, it is not uncommon for my Hispanic students to have poor English speaking skills. I teach at a public Kindergarten school which offers twenty-seven Kindergarten classes.
