Our school is very small. We have approximately 190 students with 130 free or reduced lunches. We are a Title 1 school, with very limited funds. Our students live in rural areas, with most being transient students, of the Spanish background. My students are very well mannered and eager to learn. They get so happy when they see me bring out supplies for a hands-on project. I believe the hands-on learning provides an easier platform for the English Second Language students to learn.
