Classroom furniture shapes the learning experience. Middle school students are active learners that do best when learning is dynamic, collaborative and interactive. The tables provided by this project will give all students access to community work space. The stools are easy to arrange and store. This provides flexibility for students when working individually.
This classroom furniture will create a dynamic learning space in which students drive their language acquisition and learning through group work, public speaking, presentations and reading. When we receive this furniture, my students will no longer sit on folding chairs or have their movements inhibited by large bulky desks. This furniture will provide students with aesthetically pleasing and functional furniture that will enable us to organize the class environment so that it mirrors learning expectations and output.
