Delivering a speech to a room of peers is an intimidating prospect for many. For my Public Speaking and Debate students, it is also an almost daily occurrence. These lecterns/mobile work stations will give my students more options for collaboration and planning, as well as provide a realistic environment and authentic practice experience as they prepare for competition. By donating to this project, you will help students gain confidence, develop their communication skills, and flourish as public speakers. Students will be able to use these skills as they Stand and Debate!

About my class
