I teach 7th and 8th grade science as well as a STEM enrichment class. Our school works very hard to meet all the needs of my "future scientists", but sometimes I need a little extra help. I love Donors Choose as a way to let the global community know what my students need. Right now, my students have been getting very excited about the future of "making" and that starts with purchasing a 3D printer. This project will get us that and more! The students at Barry school are excited about STEM. This "Maker Space" project will provide useful practice with designing and creating that most middle school students do not receive at most schools. In order to get this project really rolling the students will need your help!
