Our high school is a small school made up of 500 students. These students come from many different cultures and a vast majority, over 60%, speak another language than English at home. In addition to being multicultural, our students also face economic difficulties as over 80% qualify for our free or reduced price lunch program. Despite these difficulties, our students are motivated to learn and are positive community members.
Students in our school strive not only academically but also through after school clubs, sports, and volunteer opportunities. children. Bottom line our kids are focused and hard working. They have taken their parents and community members hard working attributes to our school and it shows through our successes. Even though our students strive through economic and culturally differences our school needs funding for our engineering program, Project Lead the Way.
