Creating a library that my students can relate to will help encourage my students to develop a love for reading. My students often come to me as struggling readers, and it is often true that we dislike the things that we find hard. I have researched the books on my project supplies list and chosen books based on reading level, diversity, popularity among teens, and student recommendations. I believe that all of my students will be able to find a book he/she will enjoy.
By creating a relatable classroom library, I hope that my students will find the joy in reading.
