My classroom is a combination of energetic 6 year old girls and boys who are in need of more tools to support their learning experience. They are generally excited about learning and can become very engaged when using manipulatives or using hands-on tools and gadgets. This is why I am seeking to get five large checker mats for my students to practice their reasoning skills, their ability to work with a partner and their ability to practice good sportsmanship.
