It is very important to make sure beginners have instruments that are in good shape. Good working instruments like the requested Euphonium, the chimes and the flute keep students from developing bad habits while trying to get a good sound from an instrument.
These materials, the Euphonium, the flute and the chimes will help our band in its infancy. The flute will allow us to have a brand new instrument in our flute section. Right now, we have a couple of used ones that will eventually need replacing.
As far as the chime is concerned, we can use it for Christmas concert music as well as playing slower parts for a nice effect. Finally, the euphonium will complete our brass section bringing the low brass class.
