I teach a great bunch of 5th graders who will be our future nurses, athletes, vets, engineers, pilots, wildlife rangers, lawyers, clerks, teachers, homemakers, neighbors, and so much more! Our school, of nearly 600 K-5 students, is located in a rural area of North Carolina. We serve a variety of students including those of low income, ethnic diversities, and special needs.

About my class
