Welcome to my classroom. Its a wonderful place where kids can learn. I hope you can be a part of changing my kids lives. We are in a low income area of Compton. My students need many things. We use many old or broken things that we keep trying to bring back to life. Fix it tape and glue are a regular part of my classroom. The students love to use the older laptops we have and I grateful for them. We need headphones to use the computers in the classroom. We also need a rug where we could meet. Whiteboard markers and whiteboards are their favorite tools to use but I keep running out of them. I would love for them to have an tablet or kindle for reading. They get so excited when they are able to use a tablet. They find that learning can be fun and rewarding. Thank you for reading my story. I hope you can help.
