I teach a group of general, gifted, and below-level students. Despite their label, they are MY kids and I would do anything for them. The school where we reside is classified Title I with 100% free/reduced breakfast and lunch. My students are full of energy, love, and compassion. I greet them all with a genuine smile and a hug everyday. I am not only their teacher, but a role model. Someone they can look up to. I take this role seriously as I want each and every one if them to reach their full potential and succeed. Although they are low academically, I challenge them to always try their best. My students deserve the best, because they are the best.
