My students are awesome! I teach at a Title I school that has a high percentage of English language learners. My preschool students qualify based on having a disability or being a part of a family with low income, but that doesn't stop them. They are enthusiastic learners and love to brag about how ready they are for kindergarten.
I also have some of the best families. They wholeheartedly support me as their children's teacher and value their children's education. Together, we are able to achieve great outcomes for our littlest learners at Mary Todd Elementary.
Speaking of Mary Todd, it is a great school to teach at. Everyone supports and values each other and goes above and beyond to help our families who rely on us for much more than their children's education. I'm proud to be a Mary Todd bulldog!
