As a low income school, we are in need of glue sticks, pencils, a pencil sharpener, drawing paper and markers. The smallest things can make the biggest difference for my students in the classroom. Having a sharpened pencil to write in their journal or a dry erase pen to answer a math question. My students need the basic tools to help grow their young minds.
My students love to draw and show off their artistic side. We will use the supplies for cross curricular studies with math and social studies. Students will be able to bring the past alive through social studies art projects. Science lessons will come to life with fun and engaging assignments that allow for a creative expressions of understanding.
