With the addition of these two Chromebooks, more students will have an opportunity each day to hone their math skills. This will allow five students at a time to practice, accelerate, and/or remediate math skills; while other students have small group time with me or are learning collaboratively with their peers using flash cards, board games, white boards, and task cards. Students will be able to use engaging math programs to reinforce current skills, review earlier ones, but most importantly, track their progress. Furthermore, this will then provide me with data to pinpoint topics and guide my explicit math instruction with a small group or with an individual student. By contributing to our project, when my students ask, "Do we get computers today?" I will be able to answer, "Yes! And every one will have an opportunity to use our new computers!"
