We are a small Title I school where >60% of our students are low income. Despite that statistic, we are an "A" school! Our students stay at our school from Pre-K through fifth grade, so they grow up under our care.
My goal with my first graders this year is to not only teach them the academic standards set forth for first grade, but to also teach them to be independent, problem-solving thinkers!
