Integrating technology to young students is nothing new. Kids are becoming more tech savvy than most adults. Unfortunately for teachers, this is making it harder to keep a child's attention. As a teacher, keeping students engaged is very tough.
With the help of an iPad, teachers can gain a child's attention to engage them in learning. Building character and a child's self esteem is crucial at this age. Students will be able to listen or watch stories and videos on what it means to become a good friend, never bullying, and simply being compassionate to others.
By watching and listening, students will be able to get a better understanding and the extra reinforcement needed.
