Your first years in school should be full of exploring and learning about the world around you. For preschoolers, their day is full of hands on activities that show them how things work, learning cause and effect, and learning how to be an independent individual. My preschool class is made up of three to five year olds and has a high ratio of special education students to general education students. Our classroom is considered an inclusive classroom, which means I have students with specials needs (ranging from mild to severe), students with a deficit in only certain areas, and model students (students who scored high on verbal and social testing). We learn from each other every day! I want my students to have every opportunity in the world to learn and grow! And we need learning materials to do that!
