My students are amazing! We are in the largest school system in the state of Kentucky, one of the largest in the country. We are in Louisville, a very large city, as opposed to most of our state. 75% of my students are on free lunch. My students absolutely love science and math, though they enjoy the other subjects as well. I have many struggling readers. I teach reading all day in every subject possible (they just don't know it!) Many of my students do not have books at home and have limited support. They love school, I think they love being in my class, and they love to learn.
