I want to teach them the importance of resourcefulness, so they use what is available to them rather than focusing on what they don't have.
I want to teach them how to organize their material in an efficient and effective way. Be it paper or digital documents, they need to be able to retrieve information quickly.
I want to build their digital literacy, because they are born in a world of technology. I want them to have the confidence that they can find an answer to any question, because they have a sound understanding of how technology and the internet work together.
These goals may seem idealistic, but these kids are resilient and I have a great deal of faith in them. Your contributions will help me get them there.
