I want to use the selected books to support our Social and Emotional curriculum! It is so important to find engaging books that teach important lessons. In the current state that our country is in, I think it's incredibly important for students to learn what it means to be kind.
By learning about differences and how we can appreciate them, these young learners will be prepared for the rest of their educational careers!
The diverse seating options will help young learners feel comfortable in our classroom space and engaged in their learning. I have many students with special needs who would benefit from a diverse selection of seating.
