At this age students struggle with keeping their materials organized and orderly. They forget, lose or misplace their work more often than not. We have tried the traditional binders but those require all papers to be 3-hole punched. In addition, it isn't very quickly accessible. From experience, the accordion binders are the most efficient and teacher-student-friendly organizational tool. Many students do not have the means to buy non-essential supplies like coloring crayons/pencils or glue sticks. Supplying students with a class set of coloring materials would allow them to produce higher-quality work. It will help to improve their attitude and effort on the assignments.
