As a coach, I preach that, "hard work pays off." and by receiving this help from ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½.org I feel that my word and their work will be validated.
I try as a coach to give the athletes everything I can but you can only do so much as a coach. My athletes work very hard and they do it to please me, their coach. And as a coach I try to do everything i can to honor their hard work. A lot of times I am not able to honor them they way that I want. With this donation I feel that I can finally give the athletes a taste of success with a bit of, as I mentioned earlier, "gear".
