As a specialist who teaches reading intervention, and not a classroom teacher, my students don't have regular supply lists that cover the basic supplies we need for our activities. These basic supplies include pencils, erasers, glue sticks, post-its, and dry-erase markers and boards. We use these materials daily to annotate books with our thoughts on post-its, practice sight words and phonics on dry-erase boards, and compose written responses to our reading.
These basic supplies are essential for the reading and writing activities that help my students work toward achieving at grade level. Your support will allow us to continue to provide this important intervention for these hardworking students!
