Each week, we have over 200 students working hard to make wonderful music together in band and orchestra ensembles. Our students not only perform at various events within the school, but they also volunteer their time to play at outreach concerts, state ensembles, festivals and anywhere else the opportunity is presented! Within minutes of putting a event performance opportunity, such as needing music in the hallways of our annual art show, I have all of the volunteering spots filled! In other words, my students are caring, invested and creative individuals who use music to make our school (and the world) a better place!
