I teach resilient, kind, and caring students from low-income families—young people who are so often overlooked, yet who amaze me every day. They are curious, goofy, and full of life. They bring humor, heart, and a unique perspective to everything we do. Despite the challenges they face, they show up with strength and compassion that inspire me. I see so much potential in each of them and work every day to make sure they feel seen, valued, and believed in. Teaching them has become my greatest passion and privilege. Together, we’ve built a classroom full of love, laughter, and growth.
