My ceramics classes could really use a slab roller. It would be nice to have a slab roller to free up the worktable space and our worktable has cracks in it that tend to break slabs. A slab roller would also make it easier to change the thickness of the slabs my students make. We do a lot of slab built projects. Some examples of these projects are; tiles, masks, boxes, and so much more. Any ceramics studio of this size in my experience has had a slab roller in the studio. It is a vital tool for a proper ceramics lab.
