My students love Eric Carle books! I want to create reading spaces in our classroom where they can be comfortable and relax as they have their first experiences learning to read and retell. The stools will be at one of the reading tables when students meet with the teacher in a small group setting.
The wobble chairs will be also be used independently by students and allow them to really focus their attention on the books they read. Who doesn't like to be comfortable to read? The students will love the magnetic characters to retell one of Eric Carle's books. An Eric Carle floor puzzle will reinforce our basic ABC's by small groups of children.
