Twenty-five students in a small, 103 year old school classroom. The struggle is REAL! I am striving to accommodate my students' need for space, as well as their need to move while encouraging creativity and original thinking. Flexible seating is our answer!! Stability balls, balance disks, and core wobble stools will help to transform our space from classroom to "Think-Tank"!! I am striving to create an environment where my kiddos learn to take responsibility and ownership of their learning, which includes choice in WHAT they learn, HOW they learn, and most importantly in this case, WHERE they learn. Please help us make this dream a reality!!
