I have been a teacher in the Bay Area for 20 years. I have taken some time away from teaching, but always find myself drawn back to it. I am working towards my Master's Degree in Special Education and am currently pioneering a Full Inclusion Program with an amazing team of educators and specialists at Bella Vista Elementary school. I am a Mom to two sweet, smart and sassy little girls ages 6 and almost 4. My mission is to bring the same knowledge, compassion, nurturing and ambition that I am using to support my own children to my students. Every child should be given the tools and support to overcome their challenges and I am hoping Donor's Choose will help me to help them reach their goals!
