I teach a K–3 self-contained classroom at Aliamanu Elementary in Honolulu for students with Autism and extensive support needs. With two amazing aides, I provide sensory-friendly, structured, and individualized instruction focused on communication, academics, and emotional regulation. I recently earned my Master’s in Special Education and believe every child deserves to feel seen, supported, and celebrated. Our classroom fosters the confidence and skills necessary for transitioning into general education, as I teach my students that the only limits to reaching their dreams are the ones they impose on themselves.
