My students are seventh grade science students. They attend school in a high-needs, inner-city district in New York state. We are a high needs, Title I school, with many of our students receiving free or reduced lunch. Our district is low on resources, and as a result, Science doesn't come alive for our students in the ways it should. My students are eager and interested in learning new things, yet our district's lack of resources often holds them back from learning to their full potential and becoming as engaged in Science education as they could be!
