In my classroom I currently have 11 boys and 4 girls. Wow! I know right, they keep me on my toes and very busy. Not just the boys but all of my students love to hear stories with theatrical background music and unique character voices. At one point I did have a CD player and was able to play audio books, however, I no longer have one. It would be a great surprise for them to hear audio books and be able to use it in their Literacy Centers. This will certainly increase their passion and love for reading.
