I am a Kindergarten teacher in a Title I school, in East Harlem, NY. My classroom needs new desks. In the 1st 7 days of school, 3 desks have broken nearly landing on my foot and while students were using them. New desks will provide a safer environment for my students. These desks will have a dry erase surface, which will allow learning to be more interactive. My students are also in need of new tablets. We are currently using ipads which are out dated, freeze & kick students off of the apps while they are using them. This causes frustration in my students. Tablets will be used to reinforce the literacy & math skills they will be learning throughout the school year. Your kind and generous donation will be appreciated by myself, my current students, as well as my future students each and every day!!
