My classroom is filled with students who love to learn. Some have limited vocabulary and benefit from visual prompts. They are kinesthetic learners who benefit from hands-on activities and love to create. My students lack organizational skills and require much help and prompting. My students are students with Autism, Emotional/Behavior Disorders, Learning Disabilities, Mild/ Moderate MI, and many have multiple diagnoses. They are functioning on a Kindergarten to fourth grade reading, math, and social level. Recently through the donations through Donorschoose.org, my students were blessed with 50 books on their reading level. We have also received funding to help combat bullying, iPads, art materials, financial literacy, STEM projects,and everyday things that the students need. We are very thankful to the partners and individual donors that help fund our projects. Our classroom has become a better place thanks to you.
