Hi and thank you for visiting my page. I am a PE teacher by choice and have been for 26 years. It is my mission to inspire students to be physically active to help 1) promote physical and mental well-being through physical activity and better nutrition 2) the development and growth of new brain cells and 3) the traditional PE goal, to develop motor and object control skills within the context of game/activity play and all the social goals surrounding that. All of these goals are supported by years of research. If you are motivated as I am to help eliminate the current national crisis of childhood obesity through physical activity, nutrition education, and good ol' fun, then please support my requests. This epidemic is adversely affecting the health of our nations children. Thank you for your support.
