Flexible seating, or alternative seating, is a big topic in the education field. By providing different types of seating options such as balance balls, wobble chairs, stack stools, balance boards and bouncy bands, students are able to channel more energy into their academics, rather than having to control their bodies. These resources will allow students to move while learning, without distracting themselves or others around them. These alternative seating options allow for students to move around the classroom and teach themselves what adaptions they need to make in order to be a successful learner. Anything that I can do as a teacher to help each student reach their potential, is my greatest goal. Thank-you for any support in reaching our goal!
