I teach in an urban district at a K-5 elementary school. Our school does not receive Title 1 funds like the rest of the schools in our district. Since we do not have an extra budget to use we rely heavily on the parents at our school to help with the "extras" that a school needs. Our parents truly pair with the teachers to help their children attain success! Many of our students come from all over the city just to attend our wonderful school.

About my class
