I am the librarian at a high school in Orange, Texas. My students come from a range of economic and social backgrounds, but they all have one thing in common: a desire to succeed, learn, and become productive citizens. While literacy is a major focus, the library is not just a place to check out books. Students come to the library seeking research, creative, and technical assistance with a variety of projects and assignments.
