"My table broke again", is a comment I hear all too often from my Kindergarten students. Sometimes the screws fall out, the desks rock on uneven legs or the wood starts to splinter.
These surfaces no longer provide the collaborative work and play spaces that our class has come to need!
The new round tables would provide space for 6 students to comfortably work on the same surface, which means no more wobbly or uneven desks shoved together to make a group. These round tables allow 6 students to comfortably work independently while providing space for collaborative conversation and group work when necessary.
I believe these tables will offer our students the much needed space and support they need to cooperate and be imaginative!
