I am looking to get a classroom set of the signet classics, mass paperbacks versions of Beowulf and Le Morte d'Arthur for my British Literature classes. The ones we have are written in to the point where whole sections cannot be read or falling apart to the point where chunks of the books are missing. Both of these texts are anchor texts for the class. It's frustrating for my students to not be able to read a section because someone in the past has completely marked out a handful of pages or because pages have been lost or need to be put back in order constantly. I would like to have a uniform set for them as well, so that when we have class discussions or even assignments that focus on one section, we can all easily find the same page number instead of having to search for the passage in five different editions.
My cover photo is what my current books look like.
