This is my first year at Ira Murphy. Therefore, to get to know my students, I have tried a variety of units and lessons through out the year to see what works best and what they enjoy most. I also work a second job at a gym part time as a personal trainer there.
A few weeks ago I gave them an "intro to fitness" lesson. They really enjoyed what they did and had asked if we would do another lesson like it. They even asked if we could get more equipment so they would not have to wait. The kids would love getting a set of medicine balls and a TRX band. Its what they asked for!
