Our students have loved the opportunity to get together and have a moment to play, an opportunity that seems to have disappeared in a high school setting.
Meeting the social-emotional needs of each student in the age of technology is becoming so important. The relationship building between students and their teachers will be a considerable payoff that your donation can provide.
We selected the games by polling the students to see what they would be interested in. Each student submitted 2-3 games they would be interested in playing, and learning more about.
Many of the board games offer opportunities for both competitive and cooperative play (against each other, or as a team) and all are built heavily around interacting with one another.
